Directions
This dressing has become a personal favourite. It is dairy-based but the milk and sour cream could be substituted with coconut milk and silken tofu.
This recipe has been adapted from the American Heart Association No-Fad Diet, 2nd Edition (2011).

Squeeze the lime juice into a food processor. Add chopped avocado, milk, yogurt and garlic. Process until smooth. Stir in chili flakes. |

Toss as a salad dressing, or seal in the fridge as a marinade for seafood, chicken or pork. |
