Directions
This rich flavoured soup is made with black lentils. Serve with about 1 Tbs of soft goat cheese in the bottom of each bowl to enhance the creaminess. The photo shown is the soup stock before it started to boil.

Soak the lentils for up to an hour. Drain the water. |

Add wine, 1 cup filtered water, lentils and sun-dried tomato pieces, coriander and marjoram. Cook for up to 25 minutes. |

Stir in chard greens and cook for 10 minutes to wilt. Stir in balsamic vinegar. |
