I played with a paleo version of cream-of-wheat. This recipe can be accompanied with bold fruit flavours – peach, mango or citrus – and cinnamon. Alternatively, pair with left over vegetables and caramelized onions and cumin.
Combine almond meal with boiling water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently. It will slowly dry out as it cooks.
