Linseed or flax tea can be used to support better hydration. Enjoy on its own or added to smoothies.

This simple tea is easy to make. Unlike traditional tea, let stand over night.

Pour filtered, boiling water over the flax seeds. Leave to stand over night (or 8-12 hours).

Strain the seeds and the remaining mixture can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
