Directions
This dressing is ideal over Fattoush salad. Similar to a greek salad (rough chopped tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, parsley) but tossed with lettuce and toasted pita. We don’t serve ours with olives but they are a lovely compliment if you like them.

Combine all ingredients in a small jam jar. Shake well, until the tahini is blended (stirring with a fork can also help). |

Toss with your salad before serving. Alternatively, pour equally into the bottom of 4 wide-mouth jars for a container salad. |
