Chia pudding has a sweet nutty texture. It’s not like tapioca or rice pudding. It’s much creamier but check a mirror for seeds before heading into your first meeting of the day.

                      Steps
| 1 Done | Bring the almond milk to a boil. Remove from heat. | 
| 2 Done | Add cinnamon and chia seeds. Whisk together. Let stand for 5 minutes, then whisk every 10 minutes (i.e. 2-3 more times) to remove the clumps as it sets. |
