I heard about this whipped nut cream (or cashew yogurt) from my friend Christie. It is delicious and I could eat this every morning for ever! It would also make a delicious dessert, drizzled with a touch of honey.

SoakingSoak the pitted dates, cashews and almonds for at least 1 hour. I have also left them over night. Drain the water. |

Add the nuts, dates, spices and 1 cup of water to a blender. Purée for 5-6 minutes or until smooth. |
