1 date has 23 Cal: 0 Fat and 5.3g sugar (natural fructose)
1 Tbs of chocolate chips have 70 Cal: 4g fat and 8g sugar (white refined)
I am buying a bag of dried dates tonight – I’ll keep some at home for an evening treat and some at work for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. Not the same, but helpful 😀
