Knorr Classic Spinach Dip
Preparation time is only 8 min:
- 1 pack (300g) frozen spinach, chopped & frozen
- 1 pack (40g) Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10 oz/284g) water chestnuts, chopped
- green onion, sliced
Squeeze the excess moisture from the spinach. Mix all and chill at least 2 hours. Makes a little under 4 cups. Serve with pumpernickle bread.
