Happy New Year
It’s been ages since I last posted, I know. I trust that you had a merry Christmas holiday and a joyful New Year celebration. Except Bing – I hope you got to bed early, sicky!
The Fall held some interesting discoveries, including a diagnosis of IBS. It is very uncomfortable, and in my case, disrupts my whole morning. There are other signs of systemic inflammation showing that is affecting my joints and skin. All round kinda sucks. Likely cause is stress and allergies.
I’ve been working with a phenomenal Naturopath at Regent Health Centre, Lorraine Caruso. Her office is directly beside my personal trainer, Kim Thomson from Vitatity Source Fitness. It’s all very convenient 🙂
I’ve picked up a resource book: Meals that Heal Inflammation by Julie Daniluk. Over the next few months I’ll be keeping a food journal, documenting my allergies and (hopefully) my healing journey. Wish me luck …
