Canning Rack

I read on Food in Jars about new canning tools by Progressive Int’l. I already have high temperature silicon (scrapper, scoop and whip) and my Mom’s original funnel, but what really caught my was the reversible canning rack. One side holds four quart jars, the other secures seven normal jars (pints, cups and the small ones) AND it’s stackable. Yes, two racks can be stacked to process twice the amount of jars at once.

I found them online at Goulda’s Kitchen in Mississauga for only $17.25 (pick up or by post). Hello, birthday gift!
