No more running
I saw the doctor about the pain in my knee (started last week). It’s called patellofemoral syndrome. Common in women who run!
“No running, no squats. Tensor bandage won’t make a difference. Walking is okay. Advil for the pain. Lunges once the inflammation comes down. More stretching before and after.”
My doctor strongly recommended doing straight leg lifts and strengthening my quads (but not with squats). Walking is really painful but I had no problems at Pilate’s. The whole thing is extremely disappointing!
