Curry (again)
I don’t know why, but I am really enjoying having curry for lunches. It reheats well, has enough bite to make me feel full and the coconut satisfies my sweet tooth. This week I am being experimental with my lunches by using the Kraft Mix & Match (sweet curry with variations). I’m using turkey breast, chopped dried apples and fresh ginger (minced) with cashews. Oh my mouth is already watering just thinking about it. I can hardly wait for lunch at work with week (what?!).
