Matthew’s first birthday
On Father’s Day we did double duty on the family get togethers. In the morning we all met up at my sister’s for a brunch to celebrate the Dad’s and Matthew’s first birthday. We had fresh bread with nutella, bacon, french toast and fresh fruit followed by nutella-filled coffee cake for Matthew’s first birthday. Then, we all piled into cars and drove off to Aurora (near New Market) for a Loney family reunion. It will likely be the last one because my great-aunt organized it and she is the common bond amongst the cousins. I brought the Roasted Red Pepper and Peach Relish and Meaghan brought cake-pops. We went up together and the boys were fantastic.
