Pickled Beans (how to video)
Not the same as peppers but similar to pickles. Must try this recipe. Looks like it took her about 15 minutes, including prep and stuffing the jar! That’s my kind of pickle. Note that she’s using a wide-mouth pint jar (hence half the jar is about 1 cup).
