I’m feeling a little ambitious, but here goes:

  1. green peppers stuffed with homemade beef chili and topped with sour cream (weekend dinners)
  2. curry chicken salad with sweet peas (for my lunches), plus red grapes, oranges or mango, granola bar and 1 Tbs of almonds for snacks
  3. asparagus risotto and roast chicken (weeknight dinners)
  4. frozen energy yogo-pops with Greens Plus+

Oh my mouth is watering from the mix of smells in the kitchen. Absolutely delicious!
