Banoffee Ice cream Pie

Kerry outdid herself! A graham cracker crumb base, her homemade dulce de leche (the common name for milk caramel in Spanish) topped with sliced banana and icecream. Upon serving, she topped it all with real whipped cream and pieces of Skor bar. oh WOW!!! In fact, I recall Gillian describing it as “paradise on a plate,” and we all needed seconds.
