Yoga at your Desk
Last week I had such intense shoulder pain that I had to leave work because my vision was blurred from the pain. Not good! I find Tai Chi helps enormously with my flexibility, balance and joint mobility but it can’t overcome week after week of typing.
I found this article “7 easy ways to relax on the job without getting fired,” which seemed funny (for obvious reasons) but turned out to be all sitting yoga poses you can do at your desk. Now granted, our carpets don’t get vaccuumed (just the garbage collected) so I am not getting down on the floor, but the rest of them seem feasible. Will try this week!
