Scott’s Classic Tzatziki
This is quick and easy to make (i.e. while the shwarma is baking):
- 1 cup each: balkan yogurt and sour cream
- ½ English cucumber (seedless preferred), chopped
- ¼ cup fresh mint, minced
- 3 Tbs garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- salt & pepper to taste
Mix everything in a bowl and chill it in the fridge for 1 hour before serving. Yes, it’s that easy 🙂
