Wheat Belly
I bought the Wheat Belly Cookbook. It’s a companion guide of recipes using non-GMO grains. I haven’t delved in to it too deeply – I’m still navigating the startling opening chapters. I found this article online that has mixed reviews:

A bit hit this past weekend was an almond-flour carrot cake. It got the “make again” seal of approval from Steve so there is certainly hope. I’ll keep you posted on how it goes!
