Raw wrap
I picked up Live Raw Organic wraps (6 per pack) made from golden flax and corn. You keep them chilled and they have a tangy taste, a bit dry around the edges. Although corn can be a common allergen, these wraps are gluten free.
I had it with 1/4 cucumber (unpeeled, sliced) and 1/2 cup homemade hummus (with tahini and olive oil, no dairy). This batch of hummus wasn’t creamy but the meal was very filling. I paired it with sliced radishes on the side – their peppery taste is quite spicy and helps to feel like you’ve definitely eaten. Only 250 calories but very filling.
The grocery store bunch of radishes was much bigger than I needed so I’ll be taking them to work as well for an afternoon snack (particular good for the nervous eating. Spicy foods aren’t suitable for mindlessness).
