Northland Nursery
What a find! A local nursery was one of the Trillium Award sponsors. Turns out, their 1 gallon pots of perennials are $5.99. Always! Even the hardware stores can’t beat that price and the local nurseries in town don’t get that low on sale!! I was totally impressed by their selection more than anything else. I saw more varieties in greater volume than any store I’ve visited all summer, and I have been to many. I am a converted shopper. $5.99 is now my benchmark for price …
They are called Northland Nursery, 722 5th Concession West (nearer Brock Rd). Open daily, 9-5 (including holidays and weekends) from late April to Nov 1.
