Do you know what you’re eating, or where it came from? Urban gardening is all the more important. You’ll pay less for a package of seeds that will feed you for weeks than the cost of one item: pepper, cucumber, tomato. Think about that … all it takes is a bit of sun, soil and water and a cheap package of seeds (not yet expired).

Did you know a freshly picked pepper can squirt you with it’s juices; it’s that crisp and fresh. I discovered that sensation for the first time last year, and now I’m hooked! Think local, grow urban!
