Chocolate Fudge (but not)

This recipe is also based on one from Chocolate Covered Katie. She suggests that you can even use it for a pie crust! YUM!

  • ¾ cup pitted dates (soaked for 5 min in warm water if using dried/store-bought)
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 Tbs cocoa powder (I used chocolate chips bcs I was out of powder)
  • 2 Tbs shredded coconut
  • ½ cup raw pecans

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Squish the dough together in a bowl. Roll into balls or bars and store in the fridge.
