ChiRunning: Heel Strike
You may have heard, I injured my knee – quite badly. My knee cap isn’t tracking properly. The PT thinks my knee is a victim of my hip-ankle and not the cause. I still have good range of motion of the joint, I simply cannot walk. I have been told by my doctor, no running and no squats; no lunges until the pain subsides. In an effort to not give up running, I went in search of improving my running method (not that I can practice these techniques, but at least I can study the concepts while I heal).
