MacMillan’s Country Market
One of my colleagues participated in the Ride to Conquer Cancer this weekend. As part of her fundraising campaign, an order sheet from MacMillan’s went round. It was the gourmet dessert one … I got brownies and chocolate chocolate chip cookie frozen batter. I also ordered the mini cheesecake bites – there were not enough in the container (but the calories were plentiful. 240 for three). All three are a value add purchase if I do say so myself.
I made the brownies for Steve and I using a mini muffin tin. I should have sprayed it, but the taste was great. Very rich. The cookies were whipped up as part of a good-bye party for one of our long term student workers. Oh it was sad to have to share them lol
