Healthy Pops
This is so easy to make – Meaghan and Tim live on these when it’s hot outside. They are great after a run or playing in the garden. I need to use up my Greens Plus bone builder powder, so here goes:
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 2 cups nonfat yogurt
- 1-2 Tbs orange juice
- 1-2 Tbs honey
- 2-3 scoops of Greens Plus+
Puree ingredients to preferred texture in a food processor until smooth. Divide the mixture among freezer-pop molds, stopping about 1 inch from the top. Stir the raspberry mixture, stirring out any air pockets at the same time. Insert the sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 6 hours. Dip the molds briefly in hot water before unmolding. Freeze for up to 3 weeks.
Strawberries or blueberries would work equally well. You could also add mashed banana.
