Core Blast
I joined the gym today and attended my first “fitness class.” Once I could figure out how to stay on the ball and realized that another person in the class was struggling too (she actually did a face plant into the floor, which made me feel less awkward), it was great! I didn’t use the weights, just copied the arm motions, because it was my first class and I came a bit late (couldn’t find the room), didn’t know where equipment was storeed, and there is nothing worse than being uncoordinated while wielding blocks of metal (except maybe doing a face plan in a group class – it looked so painful).
