I needed something dry (0) and inexpensive for my broth and this one was on sale. I agree with Steve’s assessment “acidic but not sharp”; it also had minimal after taste.

What do you think cool-climate style means? Other wineries use the same phrase, so I can only imagine it means “climate controlled” to a cooler temperature. Silly though …
