Homemade Peanut Butter

Makes about 1 cup: (~230 cal per 2 Tbs serving)

Make in a blender or food processor. Add your favorite sweetener and/or spices to customize this classic favorite.

  • 2 cups roasted shelled peanuts
  • 1 Tbs peanut oil
  • ½ tsp salt (optional)
  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until desired texture is reached.
  2. Place in airtight container and refrigerate unused portion.
