Curry Salad
This tastes delicious with the Chicken Divan a la Celeste.
Dressing:
- ¼ cup oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp Soy
- ½ tsp curry
Pour over a bed of romaine lettuce and top with:
- mandarin oranges segments
- red onion, finely chopped
- toasted almonds
