Chicken Divan…easiest recipe in the world!!!

  • 8 mushrooms, sliced
  • broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked (cubed) chicken
  • almond slivers
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp curry
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup bread crumbs

Very easy to assemble:

  1. Place broccoli, mushrooms, chicken, almonds in bottom of dish
  2. Combine other ingredients (except cheese and bread crumbs) and pour over
  3. Sprinkle with bread crumbs & cheese with dabs of butter
  4. Bake 350 for 30 minutes! then twirl when you open the oven door and sing tah dah!!!!

Great for guests, especially with curry salad.
