Crock-roast
This recipe is from Beth at Grace Notes Press and is a family favourite. Also good for guests:
- cheap shoulder blade or boneless pot roast (beef or pork)
- 1 can cranberry jelly (or cream of mushroom soup)
- ½ package onion soup mix
- Toss it all in a crockpot. Cook on low for 10 hours.
- Add sauce with butter and boil until reduced to a gravy, stirring frequently. Serve over mashed potatoes
