Pheonix Fries

This “side” is really a meal in disguise:

  • Baked Fries
  • spring onion, sliced green part
  • mozarella and cheddar cheese, grated
  • crumbled bacon (or bits)
  • 2 tomatos, diced in ¼” cubes
  • side of sour cream

Divide the fries into 4 portions, each in a small bowl. Cover with toppings according to your liking and serve with a fork.

Very bad for you but really good. It’s cheaper to make at home than to buy at the Pheonix (McMaster’s graduate pub on campus), however they serve Woumpoos, which I like a lot but isn’t available at my local LCBO, so it’s worthwhile every so often (especially when soemone else is treating).
