Varyn’s 1st Birthday
Our little niece turns one on May 19 but we celebrated her birthday on the weekend and it was a wonderful celebration with family. Sadly it rained again but everyone found a place to sit and eat pasta salad, sandwiches and cake (yummy cake – it was a caterpillar in case you couldn’t tell – and we each got our own ball).
Varyn started crawling last week so we were most impressed by her mobility! I bet she’ll be walking soon (look out Laurie). She liked the card from Steve so much that she played with it through the opening of several other gifts.
