Attention Food Lovers who are Making Daily Meals and Want More Time
How to Cook All your Meals in One Go
I want to give you a simple, step-by-step plan that will leave you with a renewed love for cooking and spending more time each evening doing what matters to you.
The past two years my life was dominated by a project at work. Being blamed for system issues that I was trying to help fix was stressful and exhausting. There were months when my health suffered because I was coming home late, missing Pilate’s classes and eating on the go. Then I signed up for a writing course. I found a passion I had forgotten, and breathed new life into my creativity. Tribe Writers invigorated my energy and helped me transform my previous blog into Week by Week.
I am still in the sponge stage, so I signed up for Jeff Goins’ 7-day blogging challenge. It’s been encouraging and fun, and the community has been extremely generous with their stories of success. As a result, I accepted the challenge to write more frequently this week than my comfort level of once or twice.
Wednesday I “picked a fight” that the risks of heart and stroke are caused by what we eat.
Thursday I posted for the first time on Medium.com: Lemon Water is Rotting Your Teeth.
Today it is my pleasure to offer you a gift.
I write about meal plans and even provide a template to help make it easier. My gift is to create a meal plan, customized for you. It will include a 7-day plan with ideas for daily movement and exercise, and links to the recipes.
