Mixed Berry with Orange

Take two: 1 diced apple instead of the currants, 1 orange and 4 cups each of blackberry and raspberry. I added 1 Tbs of white wine, cracked pepper and 2 cups of sugar and let the whole thing soak over night. I let it cook on medium for 25 minutes and tested it every 5 minutes afterwards on a frozen plate.

Yield: just shy of 5 cups
