Smokin’
Ryan outdid himself – brisket, pulled pork and bacon wrapped sausage. YUM!! He started at midnight, to make sure there was enough time and there was a plethora of food. Enough for his family’s BBQ the next day. Ryan’s parents got him the smoker last year and it he has really taken to it. Not something I think Steve would enjoy but I could get into. Just not now (too much already on the go).
Smoking Setup.
Bacon wrapped sausage with caramelized brown sugar coating.
I remade Kerry’s lemon soufflé and a peach upside down cake (recipe will be posted tomorrow). We also had homemade pretzels from Meaghan and the boys, chocolate cake from little Peter’s graduation party, mini muffins from BonBon, and my Mom made her amazing Strawberry Rhubarb Pie with a crumble topping.
I also got a request for more Jam from Bonnie … maybe BonBon. Maybe.
