Jamie Oliver cookbook

As a reward for the 30-day challenge, I bought myself a cookbook: Jamie Oliver’s 15 Minute Meals.

The book is divided into chapters based on the protein (chicken, beef, lamb, pork, fish, vegetable and breakfast). It is easily one of the very best cook books I’ve ever read. Steve rated the meals I’ve made so far as being in the top 10 best in the past 10 years.

I highly recommend this book. There are sample recipes available online:
