Chocolate Fudge (but not)
This recipe is also based on one from Chocolate Covered Katie. She suggests that you can even use it for a pie crust! YUM!
- ¾ cup pitted dates (soaked for 5 min in warm water if using dried/store-bought)
- ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 Tbs cocoa powder (I used chocolate chips bcs I was out of powder)
- 2 Tbs shredded coconut
- ½ cup raw pecans
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Squish the dough together in a bowl. Roll into balls or bars and store in the fridge.
