Capellini Carbonara

Steve and I made capellini carbonara yesterday from Cook Yourself Thin.  We used 100g of parma ham for the four servings instead of bacon and egg yolk (whites reserved for another recipe). We were also using up capellini in the cupboard. It was delicious! Absolutely delicious!
