Jam Season
Jam season is upon us, and I am joyful! I have my apron ready and a bucket of supplies (so I don’t fully take over the kitchen). Kind friends and family have returned their jars for refills and I am raring to go. For sure, no Orange Rhubarb Marmalade this year. It wasn’t a smash hit. However, the Rhubarb Bumbleberry with Citrus and Tuscan Spiced Berry with Balsamic Vinegar and Cracked Pepper were sell outs and personal favourites. I had a few people tell me the jar didn’t last long (a spoon may have been involved)!
