I practiced Tai Chi for several years. I loved it, but there were not enough time slots available for my schedule at the club I attended. In reading ChiRunning in combination with starting Pilate’s I have learned a tonne of really interesting concepts about my core and my posture and potential causes of my injuries (i.e. I’m doing this to myself).

In a series of YouTube videos, Danny Dreyer from ChiWalking™ illustrates the how to walk more efficiently by using your core. The concept for these videos was to walk 100 miles in 100 days. In order, the links are below:

Posture: http://youtu.be/N8VXrv2KVeE
Upper Body: http://youtu.be/wHgl-gEUc3A
Lower Body: http://youtu.be/cv21M-iIm5w
Cadence: http://youtu.be/xVQbkWQbn9I (i.e. strides per minute)
