Trove: Light & Fruity

I picked up a white Canadian cellered blend from the LCBO called Trove. I chose a Riesling Moscato blend, described as light and fruity on the label. I served it with curry and it paired really nicely.  Their site claims it has a peach and melon aroma with a refreshing finish and it goes well with seafood, spare ribs and curries. What I didn’t like was the birthdate entry into the site.

There was a red sampler as well, but I didn’t like it too much. I don’t remember which one it was but the white is a definite buy again.
