These treats are in the same theme as my Cocoa-nut balls. My trainer calls them Snicker Snackers and the recipe looks fantastic. When sending the recipe, she says “I have to do a taste test to make sure you have done them properly so could you bring one or two in for me next week! LOL” Love it! Of course 🙂

  • 1 cup of peanut butter or almond butter
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • just under ½ cup honey (or agave nectar would work)
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup of coconut shredded unsweetened, plus extra for rolling (I substitute ground nuts or chopped dried fruit because Steve is allergic)
  • ¼ cup of flax seeds ground

Mix all ingredients together then roll into balls and roll additional shredded coconut. Should freeze okay.
