Meals this week
I’m feeling a little ambitious, but here goes:
- green peppers stuffed with homemade beef chili and topped with sour cream (weekend dinners)
- curry chicken salad with sweet peas (for my lunches), plus red grapes, oranges or mango, granola bar and 1 Tbs of almonds for snacks
- asparagus risotto and roast chicken (weeknight dinners)
- frozen energy yogo-pops with Greens Plus+
Oh my mouth is watering from the mix of smells in the kitchen. Absolutely delicious!
