Golden Book of Cookies
One of my staff got me such a thoughtful gift this year – The Golden Book of Cookies, with over 330 recipes across 704 pages! I am really excited about trying the biscotti recipes and promised to bring in some samples in Jan. The contents is divided into 10 sections plus an index and introduction to basic principles. Every recipe also has a photo. The basic recipes at the back are mostly creams, glazes and frosting types. I am going to test a few this weekend when my BFF Allie comes for a sleepover and bake-athon! I’ll let you know how it goes »
