Really good pork tenderloin
This was sent to me from my realtor, Laura Brown. She works with her daughter Kristina Kritikos at Century 21 Affinity in Burlington.

Buy a big loin and chop it into medallions. Soak them in olive oil, salt, pepper, 4 lemons, 4 limes (the juice).

Fry up the medallions until brown and add the remaining liquid into the frying pan for a minute or less

Put into a bowl and serve with a salad of chopped tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumber, onions, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon & oregano and olives if you want.
