This doesn’t take much effort to make but looks excellent on a platter:

  • 6″ tortillas, edges cut straight on two sides
  • package of cream cheese, softened
  • ½c feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ red pepper, finely diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced tops
  1. Mix cheeses together and spread over tortilla surface and sprinkle red pepper and onion
  2. Roll, wrap in saran wrap and chill overnight. Cut ½” slices and serve

I first had this at Allie’s apartment in Guelph back when we were in 2nd year, made my her roommate Mimi. They are really good!
