Decided to try something new on the menu of The Old Triangle Irish Alehouse in Moncton, NB. Truthfully, there was nothing else in Moncton at all – very boring place:

I tried the Fish Cakes Anna Livia, made with smoked salmon and mackerel. It came with a side of green tomato chow (tasted a lot like relish) and a pesto soup. It was quite delicious – would definitely try again.

I also had their local Pumphouse Blueberry Ale. Steve thought it smelled like blueberry yogurt. It had a lite taste despite the strong nose and they serve it with a handful of blueberries that floated/sank.

There are actually floating blueberries
Their count down to St Patty’s is at 9pm
Chow is in the little dish
Steve tried the haddock
